Kids in grades kindergarten through 6 can test their bicycle-handing skills and compete to win a brand new bike at the Riverhead PAL annual bike rodeo on Saturday, May 6 at Stotzky Park.
Children must bring their own bikes and bike helmets. (Helmets are required.) Each obstacle course will be staffed by a Riverhead Town police officer, who will score the children’s bike-handling skills. The obstacle courses are set up in the Stotzky Park parking lot on Columbus Avenue.
Bikes and prizes donated by local businesses will be awarded to winners in each age group.
