7:43 a.m. Larceny, Peconic Bay Boulevard, Jamesport. Items were removed from a New York registered vehicle.

8:43 a.m. Suspicious Person, Riverhead Train Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead. Officer documented a suspicious person.

1:04 p.m. Fraud, Riverhead (location unspecified). Police officer reports fraud.

3:19 p.m. Property Lost/Stolen, DMV, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Police officer reports two New York State license plates missing.

3:39 p.m. Animal Incident, Peconic Bay Boulevard, Jamesport. Police officer reports a loose goat on the road. A representative responded to secure the animal.

5:57 p.m. Larceny, Riverhead Road. Police officer reports petty larceny of Ring video equipment.

6:14 p.m. Warrant Investigation, Riverhead Train Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead. An individual was arrested on an arrest warrant.

6:37 p.m. Town Code Violation, Heidi Behr Way, Riverhead. An individual was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in a public place.

7:09 p.m. Domestic Incident, Benjamin Street, Wading River. Report completed and filed by responding officer.

8:10 p.m. Town Code Violation, Riverhead Apartments LLC, East Main Street, Riverhead. Police officer reports town code violation for unfinished work.

8:18 p.m. MV Stop, Route 25A, Wading River. An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated and held for arraignment.

8:47 p.m. Disturbance, West Main Street. Several subjects involved, all uncooperative.

10:36 p.m. Domestic Incident, Grant Drive, Aquebogue. One male, aged 32, was arrested and a Domestic Incident Report (DIR) was filed.

11:32 p.m. Investigate Miscellaneous, Creek Road, Wading River. Police officer reports multiple observed violations at the location.

11:19 p.m. Missing Person, Peconic Bay Medical Center, Riverhead. A 14-year-old female was reported missing. She was last seen at Acadia Center for Nursing and Rehab.

May 6, 2023

1:37 a.m. Disturbance, Nautical Drive, Hollow. An individual was escorted back to their residence without incident.

7:40 a.m. Incident Animal, Acadia Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, West Main Street, Riverhead. Ducks were recovered without incident.

9:04 a.m. Criminal Mischief, Town Beach, Meeting House Creek Road, Aquebogue. Snow fence pushed over by unknown subject.

10:19 a.m. Suspicious Person, Stop & Shop, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Police officer reports documented larceny at the location.

11:33 a.m. Locating a Missing Child, Nadel Drive, Riverhead. Police officer reports 14-year-old female returned without incident.

12:50 p.m. Larceny, Under Armour, West Main Street, Riverhead. Police officer documented larceny incident.

2:58 p.m. Larceny, Stop & Shop, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Stolen items were recovered and returned to the owner. Trespass affidavit completed.

5:50 p.m. Disturbance, Glenwood Village, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Subject transported to PBMC via Westhampton Ambulance.

6:27 p.m. Town Code Violation, Roanoke Landing Beach, Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead. Police officer issued a town code summons for a violation.

6:58 p.m. Disturbance, Wading River Development, Middle Road. Police officer reports documenting a disturbance between roommates who were separated.

7:08 p.m. Domestic Incident, Fairfield Pines East, 1355 Heroes Way, Riverhead. Domestic Incident Report completed and filed at police headquarters.

10:42 a.m. Town Code Violation, East Main Street, Riverhead. Police officer issued two town code summonses for violations.

10:53 a.m. Larceny, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Larceny was documented.

11:30 a.m. Domestic Incident, Hamilton Avenue, Riverhead. Police officer reports domestic incident. A report was completed and filed. The incident occurred near St. John The Evangelist RC Church.

12:17 p.m. Menacing, Aliperti Road, Jamesport. Parties separated and matter settled. A medical facility was involved.

1:10 p.m. Disturbance, Southfield Road, Calverton. Incident documented by police officer.

1:34 p.m. Disturbance, Northern Parkway, Riverhead. Police officer reports disturbance at an unspecified location.

6:43 p.m. Larceny, Stop & Shop #590, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Police officer reports theft at location.

7:07 p.m. Disturbance, Target, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Police officer reports disturbance at location.

9:00 p.m. Trespass, Stop & Shop #590, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Subject left the location without further incident.

9:50 p.m. Disturbance,Taco Bell, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Subject left the area without incident.

11:20 p.m. Missing Person, Middle Road, Riverhead. An 18-year-old individual was reported missing. Report completed.

11:33 p.m. Missing Person, Timothy Hill Administration, Middle Road, Riverhead. Missing person report completed.

3:14 a.m. Larceny, Marcy Avenue, Riverhead. A yellow Suzuki dirt bike with black markings and a 299 plaque on the wind guard was reported stolen from a shed. A stolen vehicle report was completed and put into teletype.
